N.A. Sales Director is responsible for awareness of “what is” and “what we want” to support 20% year-over-year sales growth and Top 1% financial performance. Rigorous use and model the core Tuthill processes of Strategic Intent, Tactical Planning, Intentional Selling, and Customer Satisfaction.
The product manager is the CEO of the product. This means she is responsible for making product decisions and is the lead resource for the rest of the organization when deep product expertise is required. This includes supporting the organizations that work directly with customers. Develop comprehensive business development strategy for assigned Line of Product(s) by understanding internal and external factors that influence it.
Responsible for increasing revenue and margins by achieving sales targets as identified on the Opportunity Matrix for an assigned global region. Drives utilization of the Tuthill Selling Processes to identify and develop Value Minded Customer relationships to support Strategic Intent, Policy Deployment goals, and our Values, Mission, Vision and Brand.
The Strategic Intent Analyst will report to the Director of Marketing. Their work will support the needs of the marketing department as well as the strategic needs of the rest of the organization. She/He will have a passion for always exploring ways to raise the bar of excellence for the sake of Tuthill realizing its long-term vision.
