Responsible to provide conscious, accountable leadership to a high-functioning customer support team ensuring organizational effectiveness by way of continuous improvements and instilling discipline in the rigorous use of the Tuthill Business Systems(TBS) tools and processes(lean). Actively participates in the development and execution of the Customer Service Policy Deployment in the context of the Compass and as a member of the management community.
Strong aptitude and prior experience or education in an industrial manufacturing setting up and operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines and various manual machines to perform such functions as turning, cutting, drilling, milling, reaming, and boring of metallic workpieces using standard work instructions.
Responsible for increasing revenue and margins by achieving sales targets as identified on the Opportunity Matrix for an assigned global region. Drives utilization of the Tuthill Selling Processes to identify and develop Value Minded Customer relationships to support Strategic Intent, Policy Deployment goals, and our Compass.
A proactive individual is required with the ability to evaluate potential sourcing opportunities, as well as form and maintain relationships with suppliers. Must have the ability to assess these opportunities by their value and relevance according to long-term goals, overall business, and supply management objectives. Create and implement action plans and processes for critical commodities or supply networks. The individual must possess strong business acumen with experience in manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, supply chain, and logistics operations.
