The Leadership In Manufacturing (LIM) Development Program at Tuthill Corporation was established in 2005 with the intention of growing the bench strength of the manufacturing leadership at Tuthill. The goal of this program is to identify high-potential candidates and equip them to “win” in the eyes of our customers, fellow employees, and the shareholder.
