  • Does Tuthill recruit for the LIM program on campus? 

    Tuthill does attend job fairs in order to recruit LIM candidates.  However, LIM candidates can also be recruited from other sources as well.  These could include online job boards, newspaper ads, recommendations, etc.

  • How does the LIM Program differ from being a regular employee of Tuthill?

    A LIM participant will go through a sequence which involves different assignments that will expose them to different areas of the business.  A participant going through the LIM Program will be able to discover what strengths and weaknesses they possess through this process.   

  • How many hours will I be expected to work while in the LIM Program?

    You will work full time or 40 hours per week as a LIM Participant.

  • Will I have to relocate during the program?

    If you do not live near enough to the facility to commute to work you will have to relocate in order to be able to report to work each day at the facility. 

  • What sort of career path can I be expected to follow once I complete the LIM Program?

    After you have completed the LIM Program you will be hired as a regular full time employee in a job that suits your knowledge, skills, and abilities. 

  • Does Tuthill offer LIM candidates benefits?

    Yes, as a LIM candidate you will receive full benefits. 

  • Will I receive feedback on my performance? How often? 

    Every year you will participate in the Tuthill Performance Management Program or TPMP.  This is a review of how you have done during the year. Your supervisor and you will each complete a review.  After this is completed you will receive feedback and a score which will help you to improve yourself in the coming year.
