Responsible for providing prompt problem resolution with customers by actively representing the COMPASS of Tuthill. The position is also responsible for demonstrating compassion, professionalism and energy in day-to-day customer interactions and builds long-term relationships with customers. Lives into Tuthill Brand by providing “peace of mind” and “dependability” to our customers.
Responsible for development of the Line of Product(s) for which he/she is assigned. Pricing strategy to match strategic intent and profitability targets are also main focus of this position. Utilize Tuthill Business Systems (TBS) lean tools and methodologies including “Voice of the Customer” practices and new product development projects consistent with the Compass.
